Pastor Packnett Elder Thuston L. Packnett, Sr.  is the Pastor of Redemption Church Of God In Christ, Kansas City, MO; a church striving to be "God's earthly example of His divine plan, purpose, and commission". Pastor Packnett is a third generation member of the Church Of God In Christ; the only child of Deacon John and Mother Connie Packnett, and the grandson of the late Superintendent James Cason and the late Evangelist Rosa Reed-Cason (Dean of Girls for the COGIC College in Lexington). Pastor Packnett was faithful member of Greater Holy Temple Church Of God In Christ under the leadership of the late Bishop C.N. Rucker and Dr. J.C. Haynes, until he founded Redemption Ministries in 2002. Pastor Packnett is married to Missionary Bertha Packnett; an anointed vessel of God; and they have three children; all working in the ministry. Before retiring in 2009; Pastor Packnett spent over 30 years as a corporate executive; managing 15 accounts;  in 2 states and a $25 million portfolio. Pastor Packnett is currently working on an advanced degree in Pastoral Leadership; and currently serves an Administrative Assistant in Missouri Western First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church Of God In Christ.
