She was not limited to speaking in her denomination, The Church of God in Christ, but wherever a door was open. She met and married Evangelist Bram who preceded her in death due to a vehicle accident. After Elder Manning’s death, her son, Elder James Bibby, Sr, served as pastor of the church under the Jurisdictional Prelate, Bishop Roy L. H. Winbush . In 2005 she moved to Kansas City, Missori to live with her special friend and spiritual sister, Supervisor Margaret Richardson and became a member of Shiloh Institutional Church of God in Christ under the pastorate of Superintendent Daniel Roberson . At the time of her demise she was a member of Redemption Church of God in Christ under the pastorate of Elder Thuston Packnett, Sr., Chief of Staff of Missouri Western First Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ. Patterson, Sr. She conducted mid-night services with Elder Winbush and Bishop Richard White at Pentecostal Temple in Memphis, Tennessee during the National Holy Convocation. She was the oldest evangelist in the Church of God in Christ, serving the church for more than 80 years singing that signature song ”One Day at a Time”. Oh, can’t you hear her singing and praising God and blessing God’s People. Yes, we will miss her, but she served us well while she was with us.
